Create an Intuit account to be enrolled in our payroll system
Download HotSchedules Mobile App (one-time fee) or Navigate to HotSchedules Website (Free)
You will take a test over our products and their prices. You must pass with 95% accuracy.
If you get below 95% accuracy, your orientation will end and may be rescheduled once.
You will purchase a uniform at your orientation.
Employees are required to purchase 5 items in total:
(2) tops, (2) bottoms, and (1) jacket.
If paid in full at orientation, we will provide you with a one-time 50% off coupon code that is applied to the total cost of the (2) tops and (2) bottoms. This means that Round Rock Donuts is paying for (1) top and (1) bottom, and you will pay for the other top and bottom, as well as the jacket.
If you are unable to pay in full at orientation, we have a payment plan option available for you. Your uniform will be at full cost of all 5 items if the payment plan is used. If your employment is terminated (voluntary or involuntary) before paying back your loan in full to Round Rock Donuts, the remaining balance will be deducted from your final paycheck.
Before completing your purchase at orientation, we will have you try on different uniform items in differing sizes from our sample rack to ensure they properly fit before purchasing. A card or cash is accepted for the payment of uniforms.
What to bring with you to orientation:
Acceptable I-9 documents for Identity Verification (1 item from List A OR 1 item from each List B AND List C). Click here to see what documents are acceptable from each list.
A Direct Deposit Authorization form from your bank (Example)
This can sometimes be found in the bank’s app, but you may need to physically go to the bank and get this form
Method of payment for uniform (Cash or Card Accepted)

Please wear the following attire for orientation:
• a plain T-shirt or polo shirt (no large logos/graphics). White, Blue, Red, or Black T-shirts are acceptable.
• You may wear pants, shorts, or a skort while in training (at least fingertip length). Please make sure your pants/shorts have belt loops and no holes/rips.
• Non-slip/Slip-Resistant shoes (Crocs are prohibited)
• You may wear a hat that is plain and has no logos, but not required
